Our Simplified Swimwear Production Process

Phase 1: Project Start & Quote

Step 1: Request a Quote

You Provide: Tech pack with designs, specs, and packaging needs.

We Do: Analyze your needs and send a detailed quote and timeline.

Phase 2: Design & Pre-Production

Step 2: Sample Development

We Do: Make a prototype (counter sample) for you to check design, fit, and quality.

Step 3: Confirm Order

You Provide: Your Purchase Order (PO).

We Do: Issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) to confirm details and deposit.

Phase 3: Manufacturing & Quality Check

Your Path to Market: Simple, Transparent, Reliable

Step 4: Lab Dip/Fitting Samples Confirmation

We Do: Upon receiving your deposit or L/C, we'll create fitting samples, lab dips, and print swatches for your approval. If revisions are needed, we'll provide updated versions. Bulk fabric production will take 30 days to complete.

Step 5: PP Sample Approval

We Do: Use correct fabric, colors, prints and trims, Make a PP sample (pre-production sample) for you to approve design, fit and quality.

Step 6: Bulk Production

We Do: Begin full order production after PP approval (Around 30 days).

We Do: Perform in-line and final inspections, and share reports. We welcome third-party inspections.

Step 7: Quality Control

Phase 4: Shipping & Completion

Step 8: Shipping Sample Check

We Do: Send final packaged samples for your confirmation before shipping. We also help you find the most favorable global door-to-door shipping service plan.

Step 9: Shipment

You Provide: Your freight forwarder contact.

We Do: Handle all shipping and provide needed documents (Invoice, Packing List, etc.).

Step 10: Final Payment

We Do: Send copies of shipping documents (e.g., Invoice, Packing list).

You Do: Pay balance upon receipt. We will deliver the goods to you via the agreed transportation method.

What is your MOQ?

Do I need a complete tech pack?

Yes, it is better, if you can’t. We can help create or refine your designs.

Do you provide GRS verification?

Yes. We supply official Transaction Certificates (TCs) for every order.

Do you offer private labeling and packaging?

Absolutely — labels, tags, packaging, all fully custom.

How much are samples?

Sample cost = 3× unit price

Pattern fee = $50 (refundable on bulk order)

How long does production take?

≈30 days after PP samples approval.
